The Anti-Extradition Movement in Hong Kong has started in June of 2019 with peaceful demonstrations and has since evolved into continuous violent clashes between the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) and protestors.
In the process, HKPF officers have constantly violated the HK Police General Order and International Humanitarian Law by abusing their authority, including but not limited to torturing arrested personnel and arbitrarily attacking citizens.
The HKPF is no longer a fair law enforcing body, but has fallen to slave for the Chinese government. As we Hongkongers face severe humanitarian crisis on a daily basis, we feel that it is necessary to compile a report on police brutality that has happened so far.
